Neon lights don't turn off at night, and mosquitos a lot of mosquitos.

First and foremost the owner called in the morning and notified me that there is a slight issue with the apartment that requires a plumber to attend. However, he was very helpful indeed and advised that there is another apartment available not too far from the one I had initially booked, if the issue wasn’t resolved before check in time. The alternative apartment was situated in Canning Town walking distance from the train station. The owner assured us we won’t be stranded. The apartment we then was provided with was a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment at no extra cost. Very clean, well kept and cosy. We had everything we needed for a nights stay and convenient for travel and other amenities. Excellent clear communication from owner and very pleasant to speak to. Would recommend Khaya Getaway’s to everyone I know! 10/10 from us!

Need a better fan in the bedroom. Couldn’t get the tv to work in the bedroom

Noisy outside - but appreciate that’s an uncontrollable.
