Zelo lepo opremljena hiša, prost dostop do vode (za čoln), možnost uporabe koles (ki so na lokaciji) in tudi sup-a. Prostorne spalnice in zelo dobro pozicionirane kopalnice in toalete. Odlično opremljena kuhinja z vsemi potrebnimi aparati. Odlične pečice (dve), pomivalni in pralni stroj. Na voljo tudi vsa čistilna sredstva. Zelo okusna posoda in barvne kombinacije. Izjemna lokacija - tik ob obali, zelo blizu sprehajalne poti ob plaži, kjer je na voljo odlična hrana. Enostaven dostop, odzivna komunikacija s strani gostiteljice. Parkirišče tik ob hiši.
Nekaj malenkosti, ki jih lahko gostiteljica še izboljša: V času našega bivanja je bilo v Harderwijku zelo poletno - med 30 in 35 stopinj. Stopnišče nima oken, zato je bilo v tem prostoru prevroče - prostor se hitro zagreje/pregreje. Stopnišče je strmo in je težko nositi prtljago, če je je več (mi smo ostali pet dni). Rekuperacija zaradi vročine v zgornji spalnici ni najbolje delovala (osrednji del hiše je bil odlično hlajen). Priporočamo dodatno klimatsko napravo v zgornjem nadstropju oz. zgornji spalnici. Balkon bi lahko bil bolje počiščen. Priporočamo, da gostiteljica komunicira v angleščini (vse dopisovanje prek bookinga je z njo potekalo v nizozemščini, kar je za nas pomenilo dodatno delo - prevajanje).
