Bad directions and i was yelled at when i called

When I called the property to get better directions (the location does not appear on google maps), they started cursing me and yelling at me why i called, i said this is the number listed on Booking. They kept cursing me for a while minute while i was really confused. I felt very unsafe to come to the property, so i said I'm not coming and hung up. A few minutes later they started calling me back like 7-8 times and said they did not understand why I'm cancelling. When i said i felt unsafe, they said too bad we are not gonna give you your money back. But you can come here no one will hurt you . Rest assured i did not feel safe coming hence, the bad review. Glad to share the recording - there is no way to upload it here. FYI, I was fully charged for this booking.

Una dintre cele mai curate locatii in care am stat, foarte frumos amenajat apartamentul, lucruri de calitate. Ne a ajutat mult pozitionarea aproape de Orhideea Events (6 minute pe jos). Comunicare foarte buna cu gazda, informatii foarte detaliate pentru a ajunge. Multumim! Chiar ne-am simtit ca acasa
