Unclean, noisy, tiny (non studio) room

The location was good.

The room was tiny. I was sold a studio apartment, yet there was room for a bed and very small kitchenette, akin to a fridge with a countertop. There was no desk, no couch, they simply would not have fitted in the very small space. The bathroom was also very small and had an exposed boiler (not that big a deal) but overall it wasn’t very clean. There was plenty of mould around the shower and the toilet had stains in it as though it had not been cleaned. The bedding also had small stains, including what looked like a small blood stain. The pillows were not very comfortable. The soundproofing was non existent and overall I think I slept about 3-4 hours each of the nights I stayed. Lastly, the hairdryers button was missing and when I plugged it in, it smelt like burning and I thought it was going to catch fire in my hand. I sent the owners / company a note to complain - haven’t had any feedback. I will not be coming back next time I am in Paris and I would definitely not recommend this apartment / tiny room.

Great location if it's not crazy hot out! Reasonable two bedroom with limited privacy.

Great location, crazy close to the Metro and one stop away from a main hub on the metro. Bed was comfortable, which I like a somewhat softer bed. The bathroom was nice, facility itself was good.

I booked this because it had air conditioning. Little did I know it would be limited to 19 degrees (which NO WAY that was 19 degrees) and the system has an auto shut off after something like 4 hours. We were NOT made aware of this, either. So, it was sweltering hot and we suffered all night. There was only a comforter on the bed (albeit a nice one), but it was SO HOT. No top sheet. I had to sleep naked with the fan on (thankfully they have fans) and a cold wet washcloth on me all night. All three nights it was like this, even after complaining. This is RIDICULOUS and NOT what was promised. I expect to be cool or at least not sweltering if I book a place with A/C. The rooms also have a weird thing with glass between them. You have to close the curtains between rooms and still I was kept up by my friend's light being on when I was ready for sleep. WHY there is glass there, I have no clue. The other big issue is the couch is... unuseable. It doesn't stay closed, the cushions won't stay on? Very odd. There are barn doors only, so it wasn't all that private, either between the bedrooms. If I was with a partner, it would have been very irritating and not private enough between the rooms.

Location was fantastic, would stay in this building again, fantastic restaurant a very short walk.

No keys needed all info sent via email, easily understandable instructions and entry

A few small maintenance issues, reported at end of stay, confident they would be dealt with from the resins received.

Es un depto super pequeño para 5 personas, nos turnábamos para ir al baño pero solamente se ocupó para dormir así que estuvo bien.

L’emplacement était parfait. La literie est correcte. Propreté de la chambre ok.

Fenêtre sans lumière du jour. Chambre en RC mal isolée du bruit passage vers l’ascenseur. Qualité prestation moyenne (mobilier et vaisselle bas de gamme, humidité SDB). Problème ouverture porte digitale.
