The cleaning staff is excellent you don’t have to wait till afternoon for your room to be cleaned or to have new towels .. the restaurant staff is also amazing
Nothing really

The rooms are extraordinary, comfortable, private, and very clean. The security is friendly and car park is visible to your room window making sure of security. Close to engen garage, woolworths cafe and spar. Very convenient for long distance travelers
The bathroom vacuum on the sealing to reduce the shower steam is very load and the doors are a bit thin so you can hear the noise walking in the corridor

Food and rooms were very tidy . Staff was very friendly
It’s only the swimming pool that was not clean

Beautiful and clean facility! Comfort! Ecstatics!
Staff telephone etiquette was so poor I had to be transferred to someone else to assist me with my booking. Staff was loud in the dining hall while we’re seated for Breakfast that was unprofessional! The room service took forever to get to my hotel room. I asked for an iron to one of the staff member and they just left it by my door with no knock or any sort of indication. I only had to open the door to check after waiting for a while for it.
