I am a Southern sun frequent guest, it was my first time receiving a phone call after two hours I entered my room the lady who was calling said 'it's a courtesy call. Wow Garden Court Mthatha you are amazing, friendly staff, clean rooms, your garden, dinner and breakfast, I mean everything is perfect at garden Court.

Beautiful and clean facility! Comfort! Ecstatics!
Staff telephone etiquette was so poor I had to be transferred to someone else to assist me with my booking. Staff was loud in the dining hall while we’re seated for Breakfast that was unprofessional! The room service took forever to get to my hotel room. I asked for an iron to one of the staff member and they just left it by my door with no knock or any sort of indication. I only had to open the door to check after waiting for a while for it.
