Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung, leider mit vielen Abers.

Top Lage! Schöne moderne Wohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung (Samsung-Fernseher, Teufel-Radio, Dyson-Sauger). Sehr guter Grundriss mit zwei Badezimmern.

Die Sauberkeit der Böden war unterirdisch! Mal abgesehen vom Sand, der evtl noch nachvollziehbar gewesen wäre, waren die Böden wirklich schmutzig. Außerdem ist die Sauberkeit in den Küchenschränken nicht gut. Die Ausstattung der Küche sollte dringend erneuert werden, z. B. Schneidebretter, Siebe, Töpfe mit Deckel. Was aber wirklich gefährlich war, ist das Handrührgerät: die Mixaufsätze passen nicht zum Gerät, einer davon ist kaputt und bei dem Gerät sind die Kohlen durch! Das ist eine echte Brandgefahr! Was ich im Filter der Spülmaschine vorfand, war schlichtweg ekelerregend! In beiden Bädern ist die Aufhängung der Duschbrause defekt. Jedesmal ein Ärgernis beim duschen! Vieles an der Wohnung ist abgewohnt und sollte erneuert oder repariert werden und eine Grundreinigung ist zwingend nötig. Schade! Eigentlich ist sie schön.
