Cottage was very comfortable and facilities were clean. Although we didn't spend a lot of time in the cottage there was breakfast provided too, which was above and beyond expectations.

The cottage was lovely and had heaps of supplies, some left, some supplied- which was very thoughtful. The location is great, especially for sovereign hill area. Very chilly condition but the heater was amazing at warming the space.
The pipes froze one morning and we couldn’t shower- we hadn’t really expected that. We have two young boys who are loud and rambunctious. The owner has dogs that are sensitive to excess noise and didn’t want interaction. Not a problem, but not ideal either. The cottage is right on the owners block so it was hard to get the kids past without them making noise.

Breakfast - bread, eggs, bacon, cheese, spreads was a lovely surprise. Location is excellent for exploring Soveriegn Hill
