Desde la previa a llegar la comunicación fue espectacular. La atención del personal fue excelente, el desayuno fue muy rico y la limpieza general fue muy buena.
Me parece que las dimensiones de la habitación fueron muy justas: pedimos dos camas individuales y una doble, la doble estaba contra una pared (no era cómodo) y la circulación era limitada.
Por otra parte, las toallas no eran de buena calidad y necesitaban un cambio.

The common areas were well maintained, bright and lovely.
Our room was very narrow and did not leave much space for luggage. It also felt sterile. The breakfast staff were overwhelmed and could not keep up with the guests. It felt like they needed more help. They had difficulty refilling food and drinks (hot water). It was a shame because the dining room is lovely.
