Relax at this ranch-style corner duplex on a quiet street, close to plenty of local amenities. You’ll be less than 10 minutes from downtown Akron and the University of Akron.
The living room offers a great entertainment area with everything you need to unwind. The first bedroom features a full-size bed and a mounted TV, while the second bedroom includes a futon couch/bed, LED lighting, and an office desk if you need to work during your stay.
Enjoy a full-size kitchen with an electric range, coffee machine, microwave, and a small dining area for two. We provide the basics for your convenience — coffee, seasonings, condiments, and more. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and basic toiletries. A laundry area is also available.
For some fresh air, there’s a local running trail within walking distance, along with nearby spots for drinks and dining.
It’s nothing fancy — just comfortable and cozy, with the essentials to make you feel at home. For your safety, there’s a security door and cameras on the premises.

This location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Akron while having the comforts of home. It’s right by Haley’s Run Trail which is great for early morning walks to soak in the chorus of songbirds. The host is super responsive and an overall pleasant person. I 100% recommended and hope to stay again in the future.

Nice apartment. Had good amenities and stocked toiletries which is so kind. My only issue was the very uncomfortable beds. However when I messaged the owner about the beds, he said he’d get better mattresses so hopefully he follows through with that for future renters. There was an air mattress which I ended up sleeping on on top of the crappy futon. If mattresses were more comfortable I would stay again. It was in a great location for what we needed.
