Enter through a large, screened porch with plenty of outdoor seating, a hammock and TV. Upon entering you are greeted with a full-size kitchen, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is a dining area with seating for 6 that opens into a cozy living area. The master bedroom features a king bed, shiplap feature wall, smart TV, and private attached bathroom with a walk-in closet and shower. The guest bedroom has been updated with a king bed and shares a bathroom with two twin beds in the guest room down the hall.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 8):
- Master Bedroom, King Bed, Private Attached Bath (Sleeps 2)
- King Guest Bedroom, King Bed, Shared Bath (Sleeps 2)
- Bunk Room, 2 Twin-Over-Twin Bunks, Shared Bath (Sleeps 4)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 25 or older to book this property
- Signed rental agreement required upon booking
- Signed golf cart agreement
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. All loud noises will be reported.
- NO events or parties are allowed at this property! If we find that guests hold a party without the host's permission, additional cleaning fees will be assessed, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
- There is to be NO smoking inside OR on the exterior property of this home. Any sign of smoking anywhere on this property will result in cleaning fees and will be taken out of your deposit.
- Please do not re-arrange the furniture. This could result in damages and additional charges.
- NO illegal drugs or firearms on the property.
- The front door is equipped with a ring doorbell camera inside the screened in porch
- An AirTag is attached to the golf cart for protecting the golf cart from loss or theft

We really enjoyed this property. Secluded enough to feel relaxed, but close enough to everything to feel connected. Check in process was very easy and we had absolutely no issues. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. We liked the fact that they had beach chairs for us to use. That was a nice touch. The only issue we had was that our golf cart tags were expired and we consistently were stopped by security and eventually told we shouldn't even be driving it. The host was very apologetic and they were working quickly to resolve. Not much more they could do, as the tags expired right before our visit, and the process might take some time. We loved use of the golf cart as it made it easy to get to the beach or the Baytown Wharf. When looking online the entire property looks huge, but via golf cart nothing was more than 5-10 minutes. We really enjoyed that. Only suggestion I would make is to leave instructions on how to connect your phone to the golf cart. We noticed speakers, but we couldn't get it to connect. It would have been nice to have music, but that is no big deal. Excellent property and we would definitely rent again.

Nice property, and quiet. The house had everything we needed with some nice amenities. The host was very responsive, when we had questions. Loved having a golf cart to get everywhere. I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying at the Bungalo Bliss. The house was very clean and organized and allowed us to enjoy home cooked meals and family time in an amazing house. We especially liked the covered porch for dinners and conversation as a family. The golf cart was also in great condition and made it very easy to enjoy the surrounding area's pools, beaches, and the amazing Baytowne Wharf. We had a great experience at this place.
