Excellent house and very attentive owner, but not too much. Just right. The house was perfect; a wonderful layout, the kitchen had everything a home cook needs and the neighborhood was safe and friendly.

Beautifully designed, modern, and spacious – this home provides an unparalleled indoor/outdoor desert living experience. The privacy and flow between the indoor living area and the outdoor desert living area resulting from the ceiling-to-floor windows and other architectural features provide an awesome experience. The indoor living space has a great flow, never feeling crowded or that we were stepping over one another. The lighting, fireplaces, and tasteful furniture appointments add greatly to the overall feel and experience. The outdoor living space provides a spectacular view along with a pool, spa, firepits, cooking area, eating area, and sun lounging areas – endless options for relaxing or having fun in the sun individually or as a group. Abundant high-quality amenities make vacationing and hosting a small group of people here a dream – bed linens, kitchen amenities, sun chairs, sun towels, etc. – all top-notch. We also appreciated the extra security with the controlled gate into the community and how central everything was for shopping, restaurants, and acquiring supplies. Elsa and Randy are the consummate hosts making us feel comfortable in their home, and they could not have been more responsive to our requests. If you read the owner’s description and other reviews of this home, which we would suggest doing twice – we highly recommend this vacation property – it is everything advertised and more!

Wow, what a fantastic home. Very spacious, close to everything important to us, including tennis. The backyard is stunning and a beautiful oasis. The backdrop of the mountains and the landscaping contributes to a very peaceful and quiet property. We totally enjoyed ourselves in this well appointed home and hope to return soon.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The backyard was all we could have hoped for - warm pool, deep spa, gorgeous views, misters, barbecue, spots for everyone to gather or go solo with a book. The kitchen was probably the best equipped we have encountered - great appliances and everything you could possibly need for cooking and cocktails. The bedrooms were all well appointed and private. The master shower room was a show piece. Large glass walled rooms were all so nice. The property manager and the owners were both very helpful and accommodating, not to mention patient with our questions. We highly recommend Villa Montana!

It’s a stunningly beautiful house & location. Exceptionally private & quiet, spectacular outdoor setting with pool, fire pits & spa. Beds, linens very comfortable & plentiful. The kitchen was the best supplied kitchen we have ever experienced in our years of renting. Randy, Elsa & Priscilla were a pleasure to deal with. responded quickly to our requests. Our only disappointment was the weather in December/January was cooler than expected so not really conducive for the pool. Thank you Randy & Elsa

We were very pleased with this holiday home. The gardens, pool and spa are beautifully maintained and very private. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit on cool evenings. The outdoor and indoor kitchens are well equipped. The indoor furnishings are very nice. We recommend this home and hope to return.
