Come and have a great relaxing time in this spacious and serene villa on 1500m2 of flat and enclosed land.

Swimming pool and sauna, terraces and veranda. 2 bathrooms (shower) 2 toilets.
Not overlooked.
Small quiet area in the middle of nature 7 minutes walk (3 by car) from the center of the village with all shops at 800m.

Accommodation not adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM)
Pets are not allowed.
The rental is limited to 4 people. (Couple with 3 children)
Having space outside (covered veranda) smokers will refrain from smoking inside, thank you.

Outdoor swimming pool 10m x 5m with submerged deck:
- Walkable from the end of April to October. Outside this period, it is possible, but the water is cold...

Villa Sospel is a lovely house in a fantastic, scenic part of France. It is very well equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday and is only a short walk from the village centre with its restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Sospel is about 40 minutes drive from the coast and an hour from Nice along some amazing, winding roads that have been used in the Tour de France. Georges is very friendly and lives in the annex so is always available should you need anything. Would definitely recommend Villa Sospel.
