Breakfast was not as expected and location was not what was expected... otherwise nice

Staff was friendly and everyone I spoke to spoke english. My only complaint was some areas had a bit of a fishy smell and the AC that was advertised did not seem to work. Other than that my stay was very pleasant! The property is about a kilometer walk from the tram and the area is not noisy!
