Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Swahili Homes, bevor wir am nächsten Tag die Fähre nach Sansibar genommen haben. Es war eine gute Entscheidung, nach einer 9-stündigen Busfahrt hier eine ruhige und erholsame Nacht zu verbringen. Die Kommunikation mit Rosemary funktionierte einwandfrei, sie stand uns sowohl vor als auch während des Aufenthalts hilfreich per Textnachrichten zur Seite. Leider konnten wir sie nicht persönlich kennenlernen, weil sie aktuell nicht vor Ort war. Dafür hat uns Glady wunderbar umsorgt: Zur Begrüßung gab es erfrischende Tücher und einen Fruchtsaft, morgens servierte sie uns ein leckeres Frühstück.
Dafür dass Daressalam eine Millionenmetropole ist, ist Swahili Homes schön ruhig gelegen, die Zimmer sind sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Umgebung sicher.
Der Service ist hier wirklich top und geht über das normale Maß hinaus, ich habe selten eine so freundliche Atmosphäre genossen. An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich noch einmal bei Rosemary und Glady ganz herzlich bedanken!

Posizione molto particolare al centro della comunità Swahili, non fatevi spaventare dall’apparenza del quartiere, é super sicuro e le persone non faranno altro che farvi il benvenuto!
Maryrose e la sua assistente sono l’essenza della generosità e disponibilità non rimarrete delusi!
le camere sono chiaramente le tipiche di un BnB quindi non aspettatevi il lusso di un 5 stelle ma il livello di comodità e centralità della posizione vi ripagheranno.

Espace comfortable pour se reposer ou pour une escale si vous passez à dar salam. Les gérantes sont adorables et sont là si vous avez besoin de quoi que soit. Bon accueil et très gentilles. Le quartier par contre pour se balader n’est pas top. Les matelas beaucoup trop dur malheureusement. Nous avons passés deux nuits c’était suffisant.
