My friend joined me the second night and as such the cleaning lady only left 1 towel after cleaning on 1st day. Nobody present in the evening except reception since it is low season, not the beat service we can expect

I liked and appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the very nice positioning of the hotel, plenty of parking places and of course the peace and quiet of the area
In the room there was a very unpleasant and irritating smell coming from the sewage.
At the SPA, no showers were working in the six days we spent there - this is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.
Compared to last year, the prices of the food items in the menu from Blue restaurant have doubled and the portions size is outrageously small.
There were no staff at the SPA reception and due to that the SPA area got dirty during the day, lots of water everywhere, no cleaning, only during the night, for the next day - disappointing
