Good, but would not return

Great outdoor area and very enjoyable

It wasn't properly cleaned, towels were dirty, there was hair in the toilet. There is no wifi and it is difficult to locate the villa itself as there is not a correct address as well as no photos from the outside of it

I dont recommend this facility

The garden was nice.

We booked and paid for a full week's accommodation for four people (my mother, her two grandchildren, and myself), and instead experienced serious, unresolved issues throughout our entire stay. There was an active water leak in the kitchen, coming from the bathroom of the apartment above. A constant, unlocated beeping noise came from the fire alarm the entire week. The oven did not work, and instructions on how to use it were only provided three days into our stay. The beds were unstable, and when we raised this, we were told that "guests have different preferences." The entrance door handle failed without warning, creating a real risk of being locked in or out. The property claimed these issues were resolved when they were not — in reality, only the door handle and the leak were fixed temporarily, and only after two days of complaints. They also incorrectly disputed the number of guests, claiming three instead of four, despite our confirmation clearly stating four people. On our last evening, there was no running water at all which meant we could not even use the toilet. We did not raise this with the property since we were checking out the next morning. The water returned a few hours later, but only as a weak trickle. Despite all this, the property refused to offer any compensation whatsoever — yet still had the audacity to ask us for a good review. We fully expect the landlord to respond to this review by claiming that everything has now been "resolved," just as they did to us directly, despite the leak, the noise, and the guest count dispute never actually being properly addressed. We would strongly advise against booking this accommodation. A full week's stay should not come with this level of unresolved dysfunction.

I have nothing bad to say about my stay here but with a few improvements it could be a perfect home.

The location of the house is very good. It is very close to the market, the beach and restaurants. It also has a beautiful garden.

The beds in the second room were not comfortable. I think a more comfortable bed could be put there. Some kitchen utensils weren't clean enough. It was obvious they had been washed, but they hadn't been cleaned very carefully. A dishwasher in the kitchen would increase comfort.

We may return but definitely not at this price.

Overall, the accommodation was good. Green garden, large terrace, parking space, located near the beach and opposite the grocery store. The bedrooms where really fine.The hosts were welcoming.

The people living upstairs make a lot of noise late at night. The kitchen and the toilet where not really clean, 7 from 10. The water in the toilet flows very slowly, the hot water in the shower is enough for 1-2 people, then you have to wait. The beds in the living room are very uncomfortable and there is no air conditioning in the living room at all.
