宿泊前の質問の返信の早さで、とても信頼ができると感じました！ そしてサウナにトラブルがあったのですが、その対応も敏速レスポンスとスタッフの方が施設に来て確認もしてくれました！！！ 素晴らしいホスピタリティに感謝しましたし、とても楽しい時間となりました。
サウナの温度が上がらなかった。
