Great location near Spire. Great breakfast offered everyday at 6AM. Spacious room. Kitchen set-up in room was wonderful plus all needed glasses, cookware, and silverware. Very helpful staff.
King sized bed was not consistently firm on both sides. Housekeeping did not replace shampoo bottle in shower, had to get it from the desk. For 5 night stay only got fresh towels once unless we asked at desk.

There is a serious issue with sound transmission through our room ceiling from the room above.
I was waken by the sound of the person above our room moving a chair or something being dragged across the floor and by their walking across the floor. It was midnight. I went to the front desk to complain. The girl at the desk understood my complaint and went to the room to confront the person about their movements. The issue was resolved but your sound issue between the room ceilings is a major problem.
