Lovely apartment close to the train station

Perfect location, close to the station, a few groceries nearby and close to a great club :D The kitchen is really nice for cooking!

The only issue was the smell from the shower which we didn’t quite figure out what was triggering it because it wasn’t always bad, and i wish the bed sheets were a little bigger to cover the whole bed… We also wished for some hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels, and maybe a shower shelf to put up your products :)

Smelly bathroom

The apt was relatively tidy and quite spacious.

The smell in the bathroom was horrible. It stank like sewage or mold. Using the fan / opening the windows helped just a little.

So bad because of the bad smell from the toilet

Location is right in the center. This is the best thing about this property!

The toilet has a problem with the bathroom drain. The bathroom drain needs to be installed with a valve to prevent odors from flowing back into the toilet. The stench from the sewer always fills the toilet and then spreads to other rooms, especially when the kitchen hood is turned on, the stench is drawn out and spreads strongly throughout the living room. When there is a bad smell, the toilet is terrible because of the strong stench. The homeowner needs to solve this immediately, because this stench is extremely unpleasant. If this problem is solved, this property is perfect for the price and location!
