The unit was clean and comfortable. Stable Wi-Fi.
In the unit there is a signpost by "The Host" indicating with the contactable person's name in the case of needing anything. The TV is a smart tv with no instructions at all. Also against the wall is a different Wi-Fi Code and password. When we had problems with the TV the contactable person couldn't help and gave us the incorrect information. It is not everyone that is familiar with Apps & Smart TV's. I could log into Netflix with my own code and log in details. I enquired about the rugby match on Saturday evening and no one answered me. My husband & I are avid rugby supporters. We had to find a place to watch, in a city which we are not familiar with and that so late at night.
On Sunday we wanted to watch TV and the Wi-fi didn't want to connect with the TV. After I contacted the person again, she just replied and said that they don't do the hosting anymore and can't help me. I decided to contact the person who gave me the access codes as well as the lady who I presume is the owner of the unit. The internet service provider contacted me and they couldn't do anything from a remote distance. I do understand that things can go wrong but to have all sorts of signposts in the unit with incorrect details is not on.I think that the communication between the host and myself was really not on par.

Clean, comfortable living area, friendly security, good views, safe parking. Nice pool and grounds. Easy access to restaurants and shops.
Locks on bathroom doors didn’t work.

The location is beautiful. Close to the beach. A nice place to rest.
