It was clean, the beach right out front was beautiful, and the staff was extremely attentive and kind. It’s a short taxi to the boardwalk area or a lovely 15 minute walk along the coast.
The beach is rocky, but that’s everywhere in Dahab aside from the resort area which is much farther from town.

Ein wunderschönes, kleines und familiäres Hotel direkt am Strand von Dahab. Die Lage ist ideal: Das Neom Hotel befindet sich unmittelbar an der Promenade, umgeben von zahlreichen Cafés und Restaurants.
Auch die berühmte Straße mit ihren Basaren, Geschäften und weiteren Cafés ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Besonders begeistert hat uns die stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre. Direkt am Strand gibt es eine gemütliche Möglichkeit zum Essen, und das tolleFrühstück wird auf Wunsch sogar dort serviert. Mit Blick auf das Meer.
Die großzügigen, sauberen und klimatisierten Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Am meisten beeindruckt hat uns jedoch die Herzlichkeit des gesamten Teams. Das Personal ist aufmerksam, freundlich und ausgesprochen zuvorkommend. Durch die persönliche Betreuung fühlt man sich sofort willkommen - fast wie bei Freunden.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Es war alles wirklich schön . Vielleicht höchstens der Hintereingang von der Hauptstraße aus. Man erkennt nicht auf Anhieb, das dies das Hotel ist .

The food offering was excellent — a great variety at very reasonable prices. Rooms were clean and well presented on arrival, and the air conditioning worked very well throughout. Late checkout was kindly arranged on our final day, and early breakfast was accommodated each morning to suit our diving schedule. The team were also very helpful in organising transfers to and from Sharm airport. The owner in particular was warm, welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The shower drainage was poor, resulting in water overflowing onto the floor. Room cleaning was not carried out unless specifically requested, and even then the tea and coffee facilities were not replenished. The communal areas — poolside and beachfront — were extremely busy, largely due to outside visitors not staying at the hotel. Our room overlooked a farmyard, which unfortunately attracted a significant number of flies. The terrace was difficult to enjoy as an overhanging tree continuously dropped flowers and leaves, and a coffee spill on the terrace table on our first morning remained uncleaned for the duration of our six-night stay. Additional pillows would be a welcome addition to the rooms, and given the length of our stay, a linen change at least once during the week would have been appreciated.
On a lighter note, the hotel is home to a number of resident cats and dogs — for us as animal lovers this was an absolute bonus, but for those who are not, it is worth being aware of before booking.
