The location is nice, the terrace with the sea view is great and the rooms are spacey.
The apartment is located beneath the seaview terrace and the pool, expect noises from the moving sunbeds and umbrellas above your head, its pretty annoying and it's hard to rest cause of it. A stream of water leaking from the pool just near the apartment. Rooms are spacey but the apartment itself is dated. The furniture is cheap and flimsy, one chair is broken and the sofa is dirty and smells old cigarettes. Few lights are not working and the bathroom / kitchen doors are not closing properly. Toilet brush was broken, was changed upon request. Shower, sink and toilet are very old and very small, it's not convenient to use. Hot water system is awful — I either got a cold water or boiling hot, theres no balance. Be careful cause its easy to get burns with this boiling water! Owner should fix the boiler as its clearly not working well and is dangerous. Metal springs inside the mattresses made sleeping on them painful. One of the mattresses had dirty stains and was flipped upside down. The beds are OK but a bit flimsy, as all the furniture in the apartment. Bed sheets were not changed and the rooms were not cleaned during our stay. The towels were changed upon request. The A/C has some problems with the very unpleasant smell which stays for some time after you turn it on, so I advice not turning it off in case you don't want to deal with the awful smell again. The washing machine is shared and is located under the pool. It does not wash well, my clothes came out dripping wet and soapy. The pool is OK but needs more care — for the last two days of our stay there was much less water than it should be. I suggest the owner to renew the apartment — get it painted, install nice sink and new toilet, fix the boiler and get sturdy new furniture — it won't cost that much but will bring much more comfort to this otherwise spacey house. I'd pay much more if it had been renewed, cause the location itself is good.
