Not worth the lower price in comparison to other residencies!

The quality of the beds and pillows, that's the ONLY positive thing about the house.

The house was, in general, poorly maintained: the showers didn't work properly and had a very low volume of water. On the first floor there's a septic tank that was full and caused water to overflow from the drains and leak near the kitchen, with a strong sewage smell throughout the entire first floor, which made the kitchen and the bedroom unpleasant spaces to spend time in. After my complaint, they unclogged the tank, but the smell continued. The house design is not functional, lacking a proper living space where you can comfortably sit and spend time with family or friends. We were a big group with children, and there was only one couch, located where the parking spot should technically be. Besides that, the two "kitchen areas," on the ground floor and third floor, didn't have enough chairs to accommodate all of us. In addition to these issues, there was construction work happening at the neighboring house, which should have been arranged not to happen during our stay (I heard this from people who work in the house's cleaning service, but I heard the opposite from Luiza, the online attendant). In general, the first days of the stay were so troublesome that I gave up complaining about all the problems the house had during the stay (burnt-out showers, a broken air fryer, the smell from the septic tank...) and tried to make the most of it by spending as much time as possible outside the house. Personally, I will not return to this house, but I will certainly return to the region, which is beautiful.

Sistema de esgoto precisando de manutenção urgente, pois todos os banheiros tinham dificuldades em dar descargas como também de enche-la após o uso. Chuveiros com jato de água fraco. Pia da cozinha entupida. Tv da área gourmet com pane. Psicina com muito cloro tanto que a água estava acizentada.

Ótimas suítes, só não é beira mar.

As suítes são muito confortáveis, bem equipadas e bem decoradas.

Vizinhança barulhenta com música alta, sem hora para começar ou terminar. A lixeira na entrada do condomínio dá um aspecto e cheiros horríveis. As escadas exigem boa forma para subir e descer. Principalmente: o título "PARAÍSO A BEIRA MAR NA PRAIA DO PATACHO" é extremamente controversa. A edificação fica a pelo menos 200 metros da "beira mar" (essa informação está no anúncio).Otim
