No tenemos palabras para agradecer la experiencia tan maravillosa que hemos vivido en Farsha Pyramids Inn. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa, pero aún más: como si formáramos parte de su propia familia. Todo el equipo nos trató con una cercanía, una amabilidad y una profesionalidad absolutamente excepcionales.
Viajábamos con nuestros hijos y en todo momento estuvieron pendientes de ellos con un cariño increíble. Ese tipo de atención es algo que no se olvida y ha hecho que este viaje sea todavía más especial para toda nuestra familia.
La habitación fue excelente: muy cómoda, limpia y perfectamente cuidada. Además, el propio hotel nos organizó todas las excursiones con una calidad magnífica y una atención impecable, haciendo que solo tuviéramos que preocuparnos de disfrutar de Egipto. Gran tour gia, Amadeus.
La terraza del hotel merece una mención aparte. Contemplar las Pirámides de Giza desde allí es una experiencia difícil de describir con palabras. Fue uno de esos momentos que se quedan grabados para siempre. Ver ese paisaje desde la terraza nos emocionó profundamente.
La comida del hotel también fue excelente, siempre deliciosa y preparada con mucho cuidado.
Y queremos hacer un agradecimiento muy especial a Abdullah. Su trabajo ha sido sencillamente extraordinario. Ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, ayudándonos en todo lo que hemos necesitado y haciendo que cada detalle fuera perfecto. Personas como él marcan la diferencia y convierten una estancia en un recuerdo inolvidable. Su cercanía hizo que más que un trabajador sintiéramos que era un familiar cercano.
Si Booking permitiera dar un 11 sobre 10, se lo daríamos sin dudarlo. Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable y, si algún día volvemos a Egipto, tenemos clarísimo dónde nos alojaremos. Gracias de corazón por todo. Nos llevamos recuerdos que nos acompañarán toda la vida.
No, podemos decir nada. Muy buena gente. Sabíamos que veníamos a un hostal y la calidad preciones insuperable.

The staff were kind and friendly and available to help. We had lovely dinner and breakfast at the rooftop while watching the pyramids. The air conditioning was superb, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff were able to speak English. The staff were helpful, they even helped us arrange local activities such as quad-bike riding (AVT), they were also happy to help with other activities. Upon arrival the staff took me to the local shops to access the ATMs. The property is near the pyramids and few minutes drive to the mall of Egypt.
They were renovations at the property throughout our stay. Too much dust and noise from the outside and the renovations. The Tv only had one cable channel which was in Arabic. The WiFi is there but not good, we could not access the internet. The staff had to hotspot us using his device at some point. They mentioned a swimming pool but there is no swimming pool at the property. The shower does not completely drain the water after showering.
