The area around New Delhi train station which has the Airport Express line is dense with budget hotels which seem to struggle with cleanliness ... The Glitz was my 3rd attempt to find somewhere clean enough for one night. The room size is fine but all the room surfaces need a good wipe down & the bathroom needs a good scrub! The linen needs to be stain free & looking like its been washed.
Noise levels ... They are doing some upgrades & the staff sleep on the landing on level 4 ... their loud conversations carried to my level 3 room till 12.30. Plus the 2 guest rooms beside & opposite were partying till 3 am so not a lot of sleep !
