I would like to raise a complaint regarding the early check-in and late check-out charges at this property. The additional fees are extremely expensive and unreasonable compared with the room rate.
I request Booking.com to review these charges and check whether the property is applying reasonable and transparent pricing for these services. Please help me resolve this issue or provide an appropriate alternative.

Location, Cleanliness,Staff.
Lift not working, they said it will be fixed soon. I had a difficulty climbing stairs.
Entrance just beside a busy road....difficult to get off taxi or car when it's a busy day.
