It had its own private pier to fish from which was great the staff was very helpful trying to track down a personal pocket knife I had lost. It’s not noisy and parking is easily accessible we were on the second floor and had a nice view of the ocean
I see it this way you get what you pay for the room was comfortable enough to sleep in and was nice and cold

On the beach near old town area.
Door to get in was jammed and had to open it by literally putting a shoulder to it. Air conditioner leaked and there was a long plastic bin beneath it to catch water. Area around room was not well maintained. Tom smelled funny.
