Convenient and location was good. The room has a small kitchen and microwave with a big fridge
It is very tiny and there is only sink for bathroom and the mini kitchen.

Amazing value for money, we had a great time here. Trendy apartment Airbnb style. We got the top floor apartment which had a nice balcony outside, although it was too hot to ever sit out there! The air conditioning was great so we stayed inside instead!
Location is decent, only a 10-15 minute walk away from the Old Quarter, and it is very near to train street.
You don’t meet the owner but they reply to WhatsApp messages very quickly if you need assistance.
Note that you pay in cash at the start of the stay by putting cash in a money-box in the foyer.

ベトナムではCタイプが主流だが、ここでは、コンセントが日本の A タイプでも使えるマルチタイプだった。
インターネットの wi-fi の速度が 500Mbps 以上 と サクサクとした 接続でした
エアコンもありさらに扇風機 もあったので快適に過ごせました。
ただし 初めて 部屋に入った時は ムッとした暑さが 室内にこもっていました
小さなキッチンもあり、それなりの料理はできそうです。支払い方法がユニークだった。
ハノイ駅の近くに位置しているので 空港までの86番の公共バスバス利用の際には便利な場所にあると思います
バスルーム等に、鏡が設置されておらず、髭剃りがたいへんだった。
お湯が熱くなかった。利用した時期はハノイ も日中35度以上の暑いので水より多少温かい水でも問題はなかったが、冬期、寒い時期に利用する時には熱いお湯が出るのか疑問です。

We didn’t met the stuff physically only talk though WhatsApp but the stuff are nice and answer quickly and even got us a private motorbike parking.
First of all if you have a lot of baggage and you staying at the top floor there is no elevator to your room and you need to carry it all the stairs up by yourself.
The room has really small bathroom and the is no sink in it.. In the room there is one sink only and it’s in the kitchen.
The bad is terrible! The matres so old and completely lost its shape so not sleepable at all.
