Really helpful and flexible staff. They were very accommodating to us when we changed our stay dates one day before our expected arrival. The location is also quite good as it is located pretty close to places we wanted go in Siem Reap. The price is also acceptable for 6 people.
No elevator so take that into consideration when packing and booking. The WiFi didn’t work at all during our stay. The AC in the master bedroom was too hot and somehow placed very weird - it was placed too high and blocked by the closet so the AC air didn’t reach the bed at all. We woke up in the morning sweaty.

This suite was perfectly located and was really spacious for our family of four. It was just round the corner from the centre of Siem Reap so an easy walk out to cafes, restaurants and markets, but still quiet enough to feel relaxed. The suite was really spacious, and whilst the wooden furniture is not the cosiest, it was a nice environment to relax in. Staff were attentive and helpful. Good little bar with bargains at happy hour.
The pool area is small but a great addition in the hot weather!!

Breakfast was not included, but you could purchase for $5 and it was a good size portion of western and Asian options. The staff was super friendly and eager to assist with whatever you needed. The amount of space for the price was great! We really weren't there long enough to cook in the kitchen, but if you were staying for an extended period, they had everything you would need to cook. The location was also great. Easy access to Pub Street and the markets and the other main streets.
The beds were a little hard and there were quite a few ants. Not that we were in the apartment very much, but the couch and living room chairs were wooden, so not really anything you were going to comfortably going to spend time on.
