buffet was very nice, lots of choices, enjoyed the food, loved the laundry machines, parking lot a bit off, not sure why it isn't paved better for guests but not a huge problem, loved the bathtub and hot spring water!
no bench in the gym not great, steamer in room didn't work, irons better, lounge was nice option but food options need work, normally have real food instead of a 1-inch square for dinner? overall we did love the hotel

Spacious room, amazing view! The receptionist (Indonesian lady in hijab) is very kind and accomodating to us. The hotel is really great, hopefully we will be back in winter!
Perhaps like what everyone has mentioned.. the lift could be a long wait if there are many people.

New, spacious with fascinating views of Yotei. Lounge access was worth the cost with minimum people and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the in-room onsen bath as well.
Staff could be more trained for this type of property. Credit card required as a guarantee upon check-in. I was charged on the card by mistake of an employee and had to request refund during the checkout. We felt more welcomed at other properties in Hokkaido. Ongoing building construction around the hotel.

The room was clean and the location was good, close to the activities meet up place.
The front desk staff spoke little English. The onsen was small. The breakfast and dinner buffet restaurant was too small with a limited selection of food.
