Inside was nice, clean, and very usable. Any questions were quickly answered. Boat house and lift were very nice. The lake water was low, but accessible. The boat launch was a huge plus.
The two couches in the living room need to be cleaned. There is a major eyesore property you pass to get to the cabin. The lake was so low. (The last two things are out of the control of the cabin owners.)

Very quiet and clean.
It had a gas grill but it was very filthy.
