This farmhouse in Roussas, Drome, Provence, offers a serene retreat in a tastefully furnished space amidst the calm countryside.
On the ground floor, find a welcoming living/dining area with air conditioning, furnished with a TV, sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table. Enjoy the warmth of a wood stove. The open kitchen is well-equipped for convenience. There's two air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor. Upstairs, find two more bedrooms, one with bunk beds.
Outside, enjoy the vast unfenced land, and a shaded terrace for alfresco dining. The private heated pool, secured by an electric shutter, offers relaxation with sun loungers and a panoramic countryside view. A pool house with amenities completes this outdoor space.
The farmhouse is located in a very quiet and natural environment at about 1 km from the village (small restaurant, bread store). First shops within 5 km. In Valaurie (2 km) you will find some small shops and an Intermarché in Grignan.
There are various walking trails in the surrounding countryside, discover the Provençal villages and markets in the region (Grignan, Nyons). The nearest town is Grignan (10 km).
