Foi-nos cobrado um valor superior ao indicado no booking com a “justificação” de o banco cobrar taxas extras, pelo que fez a conversão euros/liras a uma taxa superior à taxa atual.
Aquecedor e ar condicionado não funcionavam.
Não há chaleira no quarto.
Precisa de renovações.
