We loved this little apartment. It felt like being a local during our stay in Florence. Marco checked us in in-person, handed over the keys and explained how everything worked. He also gave us some excellent local restaurant recommendations. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was close to all of the main sights. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. Thank you Marco and Francesca.
We loved everything. A couple of notes for others: there are stairs up to the apartment (Marco carried my bag up and I carried it back down). There are also stairs to the mezzanine bedroom. Neither were an issue for us but something to be aware of when booking. The bathroom is compact. Again this wasn’t an issue for us and we loved the period features but if you are very tall or large it might be more of an issue.

Tolle Lage im Zentrum von Florenz mit guten Restaurants, einer hervorragenden Eisdiele und einem Supermarkt in direkter Nachbarschaft. Gute Ausstattung und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
Der Teppich im Wohnbereich wirkt schmuddelig. Mit einer kleinen Klimaanlage benötigt es ziemlich lange bis die Räumlichkeiten eine angenehme Temperatur haben.
