It was secure
The apartment lock, it was temperamental. It worked then did not. Twice the staff came to look at it. It caused some stress but we survived. On arrival we telephone to report that the towels were wet, but the person on the end of the line insisted they were damp, but following further conversation I was told they will provide dry ones but that never materialised, the place provided wine glasses but no corkscrew nor a bottle opener. We did not cook as eating out was cheaper than UK, but made hot beverages, tea towels and roll of kitchen wipes would have been appreciated. Generally, for a few days the apartment although compact and expensive was liveable as we spent most of our time out visiting and enjoying Madrid

Que teníamos la estación de autobús y metro cerca.
El personal no pudo verificar si se había recibido el dinero para el fianza,, y tuvimos que demostrarlo, ya que no nos permitirían quedarnos si no lo hacíamos. Al llegar, nos dieron un código de puerta incorrecto y no pudimos entrar durante unos 10 minutos. Simplemente no repusieron nuestro gel de ducha en la habitación durante la semana, y cuando vimos a una empleada de limpieza limpiando otra habitación, le informamos del problema y dijo que colgaría un poco en la puerta, pero eso nunca sucedió. Las estrictas normas de la casa estipulaban un período de silencio de 10 p. m. a 10 a. m., pero nuestros vecinos lo ignoraron por completo. Además, no se reembolsarían los daños a los muebles, a pesar de que la puerta de la ducha estaba medio abierta y no cerraba del todo, lo cual grabamos en video por si acaso. Al menos nos devolvieron el dinero. En conclusión, diría que las normas excesivamente restrictivas del hotel para los reembolsos de la fianza no justifican los servicios del hotel.
