Gute Lage, ruhig, gute Aussicht vom großen Balkon
Parken war etwas schwierig, aber wir hatten Glück und haben relativ nah etwas kostenloses bekommen

La terrazza, l'ambiente luminoso, la posizione tranquilla, i locali ampi (con qualche eccezione - vedi al punto successivo)
I(l) bagni(o); dire che sono due è un'offesa al buon senso. Abbiamo soggiornato in due e uno era + che sufficiente. Ma l'appartamento può ospitare fino a quattro persone ...
La dotazione "minimalista": l'essenziale c'è ma con una terrazza così ampia magari mettere a disposizione delle sdraio ? E qualche attenzione in più ai dettagli... si sente la mancanza di portaoggetti, ripiani o ganci appendiabiti .... e infine curare un po' di più la pulizia sia esterna che interna

It was modern, clean and spacious. The terrace was particularly beautiful to enjoy the sunset.
The owner ignored my request for a cot and the cleaner was still cleaning when we arrived at 4pm.
