虽然在西城区，地点其实很好。四桥线花园町站出来走5-8分钟，南海本线或界筋线天下茶屋站出来，步行10分钟内。房屋配置齐全该有的多有，两个卧室一个客厅配厨房，厨房设施多有。打扫的比较干净。洗漱用品毛巾啥的全部配置。可能是日本春节，整个大楼及周边地区特别安静。因为边上商家全部休业状态。花园町出来就有两个食品超市，一个玉出低价超市。斜对面有免税药妆店。大楼二楼有健身房。
整个大楼楼下大厅无须密码可以随意进出，电梯也比较狭窄。可能是节日大厅没人打扫，比较肮脏。但愿节日后不是这样。节假日价格也稍贵了一些。

Two separate rooms with sufficient beds and futons for family of 5. Separate toilet and shower was very useful too. Convenient location with Lawson within 2 mins walk and a couple of eateries and supermarket close to subway station.
Futons were too thin , pillows were too soft
