Bel appartement bien décoré.
Bien équipé. Bonne literie.
Facile d’accès en voiture pour les chutes Montmorency, le parc de la Jacques Cartier et le site Wendake. Facile aussi pour se rendre en voiture dans le centre historique de Québec
Et parking gratuit
Peut être rajouter des rideaux occultants à la fenêtre de la cuisine et celle entre la porte d’entrée et la salle de bains, mais pas vraiment important

La situation proche de Québec et les accès directs aux principaux lieux touristiques
La climatisation était en panne à mon arrivée, et il faisait très chaud dans l’appartement. Malgré l’intervention, le lendemain de l’équipe de gestion, une installation d’une climatisation portative m’a empêcher de bien dormir 3 nuits sur 4 car l’appareil était trop bruyant
