La struttura era centralissima, a soli 5/6 min a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Hilversum e pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata di un autobus che ci consentiva di raggiungere comodamente casa dei nostri amici. L’appartamento è ben curato, molto spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort.
All’arrivo abbiamo avuto problemi con il codice di apertura della porta ma il servizio di assistenza, sempre attivo, ha provveduto a risolverli subito.
L’appartamento aveva uno sgradevole odore, ogni volta che rientravamo si sentiva questa puzza che purtroppo non abbiamo capito a cosa fosse dovuta, probabilmente alla tappezzeria del divano o alle tende?
Abbiamo trovato assurdo dover pagare 25€ per usufruire del check in anticipato alle 14, dato che le 16 è un orario estremamente tardivo per un check in, quindi ci è parso sia stato fatto apposta per lucrare sul cliente.
3 capsule per il caffè sono davvero poche per 2 persone che soggiornano per 3 notti, potevano lasciarne qualcuna in più.
Consiglierei alla struttura di aggiungere un tappetino per la doccia in aggiunta ai due asciugamani forniti.

Hilversum est une ville agréable et typée, où il semble plutôt faire bon vivre. L'appartement bénéficie d'un emplacement sympathique et le matériel fourni est plutôt correct (douche agréable avec lave-linge, chambre sympathique, terrasse au calme,...)
Cependant, des mésaventures se sont glissées dans notre séjour : une porte de four absente et qui n'a pas été remplacée (nous n'avons même pas été prévenus de cette absence) au cours du séjour, des meubles abîmés (sans état des lieux), et surtout, un canapé dans un état plus que limite, avec tâches, poils et résidus blancs dont je ne souhaite surtout pas connaître la provenance...
Cela nous pousse à trouver regrettable l'entretien et l'hygiène insuffisants du logement, bien que le reste ait semblé plutôt propre...
La communication se fait essentiellement avec un bot, ce qui est à la fois efficace et très impersonnel.
Nous ne parlerons pas des 3 dosettes de café pour 2, pour 5 jours...ah, ben si, nous en parlons...
Au final, c'est un appartement qui présente certains avantages et un potentiel intéressant, mais pour lequel certains principes élémentaires de la gestion de location de courte durée ne sont pas respectés. Dommage...
