Good, but could be better.

Good location, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, good main bathroom, pleasant garden, good wifi.

Cleanliness of kitchen and dining table could have been better (sticky surfaces that we had to clean before use). Unpleasant odour in lounge / on seats - possibly dog smells. Garden was pleasant but area around picnic table was overgrown with bracken.

Really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this special part of the lakes

Brilliant location, kitchen well equipped. Beds were comfortable and nice and clean. Really close to a great pub too.

Note there is only a few logs so worth bringing your own. And check in is at 5pm which is fine as long as you know.
