die zentrale Lage und bequem parken auf der Pl. de la Liberté, was sehr nah ist. Für Party-Animals eine traumhafte Lage
Der Geräuschpegel – auch wenn das natürlich nicht für jeden von Bedeutung ist. Ich bin kein Partygänger, daher sind Lärm, Autoposer, und das Nachtleben nichts für mich, denn nach einem ganzen Tag voller Wanderungen oder ähnlicher Aktivitäten möchte ich mich ausschlafen. Natürlich kann man die Fenster schließen, aber dann fehlt es an frischer Luft, und der Deckenventilator sorgt zwar für Luftbewegung, aber bei der Hitze ist es trotzdem heftig. Für Leute, die Clubs, Diskotheken usw. besuchen, ist das natürlich ein Traum.

Appartement plein centre, idéalement placé pour visiter Clermont Ferrand et ses alentours. Parking souterrain juste en face.
Appartement très fonctionnel avec tout ce qu’il faut dedans. Appartement propre avec une literie de bonne qualité ( c’est rare ). Rien à redire ☺️

La ubicación, cerca del centro y la cama, muy cómoda. Por lo demás, el apartamento tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días. Hay un parking, de pago, enfrente del apartamento, con tarifa máximo por día de 15€
El ruido, hay barullo hasta la madrugada y a partir de las 5,30h y hasta las 6h el servicio de limpieza causa un buen estruendo. Si cierras la ventana el problema desaparece pero como nosotros estuvimos en agosto, a pesar del ventilador, el apartamento es caluroso y con las ventanas abiertas intentando que pase algo de aire el descanso se hizo francamente complicado para nosotros. Seguro que en fechas no calurosas el apartamento será agradable.
