A spacious, comfortable and very charming Parisian apartment in a beautiful early-20th-century building. The apartment felt fresh, clean and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed, excellent bedding, a fully equipped kitchen and everything needed for a pleasant stay. You will even find coffe capsules for the coffe machine, tea bags, oil, salt, pepper and sugar - everything what is needed for cooking.
The bedroom faces a quiet courtyard, so we slept extremely well. The neighbourhood is calm, residential and authentically Parisian, with a supermarket next door, plenty of cafés, bakeries and food shops, and the metro only about a five-minute walk away. The Eiffel Tower is also within easy walking distance. So, you live in respectful authentic Paris like locals do, quite close to the places of interest, but not in a purely touristic area.
Check-in and check-out were very simple thanks to the key box, and communication with the hosts was clear and reliable.
Overall - one of the best apartments we ever stopped at. Highly recommended! We would return to this place one day with great pleasure!
There is no air conditioning, only a fan. This was not a problem for us because the weather was mild, but it may be worth considering during hotter summer periods. Also, internet was a bit slow and unstable.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στον πύργο του Άιφελ και ακριβώς απέναντι έχει σταθμό μετρό.
Δυστυχώς απογοητευτήκαμε πάρα πολύ με την καθαριότητα του διαμερίσματος. Ηταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικα σε όλα τα δωμάτια και έλειπαν πολλές παροχές (για παράδειγμα σαπούνι χεριών, σαπούνι για τα πιάτα) με αποτέλεσμα να αναγκαστούμε να πάμε να αγοράσουμε εμείς. Επίσης, οι πετσέτες που μας δόθηκαν ήταν μόνο σώματος και ήταν με λεκέδες, οι οποίοι όπως μας είπαν αργότερα οφείλονταν σε χλωρίνη (κάτι το οποίο δεν φαινόταν για χλωρίνη!!!) Ακόμη, το ένα κρεβάτι ήταν σπασμένο στο κάτω μέρος με μια λακούβα στη μέση, για το οποίο πάλι μας δικαιολογήθηκαν λέγοντας πως είναι σταθερό (ο ένας από εμάς χτύπησε πάνω στο σπασμένο κομμάτι). Το να πηγαίνουμε διακοπές και να πρέπει να καθαρίζουμε τον χώρο που θα έπρεπε να το βρούμε ήδη καθαρό είναι τουλάχιστον απαράδεκτο.
