The room was very clean with a large and modern bathroom. Easy parking

Even though the property was pretty empty, the front desk staff wouldn’t move us to a view room because we booked with Booking.com and not directly. The location is only good if you’re there for Pepperdine. It is definitely not good if you’re there for Malibu. Housekeeping staff was stellar!!!!

Quiet except early morning door slamming. Excellent range of TV channels.

Hard to find. Remote location in university campus. Had to open many very heavy doors to get around. Toilet height suitable for children, not tall or older adults. TV remote worked intermittently. They couldn't fix it, so they changed my room. Air conditioning very loud. When on room too cold. When off, room too hot. Bed not really comfortable.
