location is good, clean and organized.
Car park might not be available as it's on the street, check in/out procedure is a little unclear.

The location and view from the room was good.
- did not disclose clearly that it is a shared balcony
- no tea or milk
- rooms and outside seemed tired and in need of maintenance
- pool was dirty and not cleaned while we were there
- room was freezing due to open ventilation holes in the walls (these absolutely have to be sealed up)
- no bedside lamps, you have to go to the door to turn off the lights at night
- the lady on site is friendly but dressed unprofessionally, most often in a dressing gown
