Il manquait un four. Le micro-ondes ne convient pas pour tout

Excellent location on the prettiest street in town , easy access to shops ,restos, beach, train station, Lovely, comfortable , bright ,clean apartment ,tastefully decorated . Very happy with this find , would use again.
Some lights didn't work , bulbs needed replacing , twas quite dark in the bedroom . Shower needs to be able to be attached to something . Just minor stuff but irritating..

The location of the property is it's main selling point, on probably the best street in Collioure. The kitchen facilities were good and well equipped.
Everything was a little tired. Taps were loose, the bathroom sink surround needs attention, the showerhead bracket needs to be replaced as it fires water out horizontally unless it's reduced to a pathetic dribble. There was an entirely pointless wooden unit next to the toilet whose only purpose appeared to be to hide some sort of insect trap, the target seemed to be cockroaches which alarmed us.
The curtain that separated the living and bedrooms was barely adequate and fell down after a couple of days. The apartment really needs a small table by the sofa and larger drinking glasses, we bought our own. It would also benefit from having instructions on how to use the induction hob, some people may struggle to use it.
The whole place needs a bit of money spending on it. The owner is relying too much on location to be value for money. If it wasn't for the location we'd have given an overall score of 4 rather than 6.
