Gute Lage, gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr bequeme Betten und nette Vermieter.
Verdunkelungsvorhänge wären toll und das zweite Bett ist in der Küche - da sind Oropax hilfreich. Auch für die Geräusche von Nachbarn - sollte man mit offenem Balkon schlafen. Sonst alles top top.

5 von 5 Sternen für diese kleine Wohlfühloase! Wer das echte Leipziger Großstadtgefühl sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Das absolute Highlight ist definitiv der Balkon mit feinstem Großstadt-Hinterhof-Flair: Während man morgens seinen Kaffee genießt, lauscht man dem melodischen Zwitschern der Vögel, lauscht den Gesprächen der Nachbarn und schnuppert die feine Note von frisch gewaschener Wäsche, die zwei Etagen tiefer im Wind flattert. Urig, authentisch und herrlich entschleunigend – Kino pur, ohne dass man den Pyjama ausziehen muss! Die Wohnung selbst ist blitzsauber, super gemütlich und bietet genau die richtige Dosis Ruhe, wenn man vom Leipziger Trubel zurückkommt. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, die Anbindung ist top und das Kiez-Feeling unbezahlbar. Wer braucht schon Klischee-Postkarten-Aussichten, wenn er echten Leipziger Charme direkt vor der Balkontür haben kann? Wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Freundlicher Kontakt, ruhige Wohnung, sehr gute Lage. Aldi, Rewe und Apotheke um die Ecke. Haltestellen nah und gut erreichbar.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Ideal für ein junges Pärchen oder 2 befreundete Pärchen. Es ist zentral gelegen.
Die Parksituation ist grausig, es ist sehr schwer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Das Appartement liegt im 3. Stock im Altbau, dieses darf bei dem Gepäck hoch tragen nicht außer Acht gelassen werden. Ist deshalb leider semi gut geeignet für Paare mit Kids, die nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag dort nicht mehr die Treppen hoch wollen.
