Cute and had parking
Slightly uncomfortable for two people and was small. Power kept shutting off when using the stove and oven at the same time.

Le logement est situé proche de la gare La Spezia Miglianera.
Des trains partent pour les Cinques Terres. S’il ne s’agit pas de la gare principale (La Spezia Centrale) cela reste pratique car à l’aller vous êtes certains d’avoir une place
Tous les trains ne passent pas cette gare, à certains moment de la journée c’est à chaque heure
Le quartier est très calme, il y a un centre commercial à côté. La place de parking gratuite est également appréciable si vous venez en voiture
Le logement est très propre et l’hôte est attentionné (petit déjeuner alors que ce n’est pas compris)
Le logement est fonctionnel
La salle de bain n’est pas très pratique avec le bidet. Il faut l’enjamber pour aller au toilette et accéder à la douche
Mais la présence d’un lave linge est très pratique

Struttura pulita accogliente ben organizzata , leggermente decentrata ma comoda . Unica pecca il bagno piccolo e il bidet che ostruisce il passaggio ingresso . Host gentilissimo ed efficiente . Lo consiglio .
Tutto ok tranne il bidet che ostruisce il l’ingresso nel bagno .

Struttura piccina ma pulita e dotata di ogni comfort per un week end! Posizione ottima per raggiungere bus e treno. L’host è disponibile e amichevole. Il parcheggio privato una vera chicca!
L’ambiente è un po’ umido, probabilmente perché il sole non riesce a scaldare la stanza. Il bagno è davvero angusto
