Great layout for 2-3 people, close to Botanical Garden & beautiful parks (Thanks to Ekaterina!)I stayed for 7 nights and 8 days at a property located right on Gagarin Ave through Booking.com, and choosing this place over a hotel was the best decision!The apartment had a simple and clean layout with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom, which was perfectly comfortable and spacious enough for 2-3 people. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals with groceries bought nearby. Also, a washing machine and drying rack were provided in the unit, which was very convenient. In fact, it made me regret packing such a heavy suitcase full of clothes!The best part was definitely the location and surrounding infrastructure. The area felt very safe, peaceful, and residential. Within walking distance, there were great supermarkets, local restaurants, and cozy cafes. Most importantly, the Almaty Botanical Garden was located nearby, and the surrounding parks were beautifully landscaped, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing morning or evening walk. It was also easy to catch a Yandex taxi to the MEGA Shopping Mall or the Atakent area.Since it's a residential apartment without a traditional reception, I was a bit worried about checking in late at night. However, the host, Ekaterina, personally came to the apartment even at a late hour to greet us and guide us through everything so kindly. She was always responsive and helpful through WhatsApp, making the whole process super smooth. There is no daily housekeeping, but plenty of towels were provided, and I could easily wash them myself. Highly recommended for anyone planning a long-term stay in Almaty!
The only slight downside was that the metro station was a bit far from the property. However, since Yandex taxi service in Almaty is highly efficient and very affordable, we mainly used taxis to get around, so it wasn't a major inconvenience.

The property was very clean and neat, the host was very kind and responsive, a lot of clean towels and all essential amenities are in place. The location is very good, very close to the Mega mall.
