Nice good sized apartment with relatively newish equipment. Nice balcony, sofa, high ceilings and cooking equipment. Ample wine glasses, mugs, water glasses and crockery.
Apartment had not properly been cleaned upon arrival. Plaster in shower tray and cigarette butt on balcony table.and chair. Toaster tripped the electrics and wasn't replaced. Not that many people about to help fix situation. WiFi difficult to connect in room. Room was seemingly described as having it's own sauna - but that was not right as sauna was ony in wellness room - which was for everyone. Evening shower water pressure was inconsistent. Expected better standards for the extra money paid on the nice looking room.

Amazing views…Great location ski in ski out and short walk to the shops and bars. The pool spa and boot room facilities were clean and easily accessed.
The room was fantastic very comfortable, spacious and light. Well equipped kitchen and the bonus washing machine and dryer.
The lack of staff on reception it was very difficult to locate a member of staff to sort any minor issues.
Our apartment did not have a sauna as advertised and bathrobes were only provided when requested.

L'appartement est tout neuf et bien équipé, la literie est très confortable et la vue du balcon est superbe. La piscine et le sauna sont un vrai plus. L'immeuble est un peu excentré mais ce n'est pas un problème car les premiers commerces sont à 5min à pieds, le cœur de ville étant plutôt à 20min.
La communication est un vrai désastre, que ce soit avant, pendant et après le séjour.
Il n'y a aucun personnel de Leavetown sur place pour répondre à nos demandes, ce sont des personnes d'Odalys (adorables mais pas employés de Leavetown). On ne nous a pas donné les codes d'entrée, ni le code des casiers de la piscine, ni de piles pour la télécommande de la télé.
Le comble a été après le séjour lorsque nous avons demandé une facture pour notre CE : 2 semaines de batailles entre Leavetown et Booking pour avoir un simple papier.
Dommage que la communication gâche le standing de l'appartement.

le confort de l’appartement, l’agencement, la qualité des infrastructures spa piscine salle de sport. l’accès aux pistes direct en ski est un vrai plus.
