We really liked the location and the urbanization. The pools were clean, and the apartment was also very clean and spacious.
We were disappointed with the staff’s attitude. When we asked about the air conditioning, we were told we would receive a call back, but no one contacted us. Only one laundry capsule was provided, and none for the dishwasher. We were also expected to take out all the rubbish, clean everything, do the laundry, and wash the dishes, despite the apartment being quite expensive. The keys were also inconvenient to use. We also checked in one hour later than agreed because our flight was delayed. I informed them about this throughout the day, but we were still charged €50, which I consider unreasonable. They also tried to charge us an additional €45 for some stains on the toilet that were already there and were not caused by us.
